  Notes	J. Beatty McKenzie, 59, Chambersburg R. 1, suffered a fatal heart attack Friday at 1:15 p.m. while driving his automobile on Route 641, two miles south of Shade Gap in Dublin Twp., Huntingdon County. Dr. Harry H. Negley, Huntington County coroner, attributed death to natural causes and said there would be no inquest. State police at Huntingdon said that McKenzie and his wife, Edith, were enroute to Warren to visit relatives when McKenzie was stricken ill and slumped over the steering wheel. Coroner Negley said Mrs. McKenzie told him her husband had retired from Letterkenny Army Depot in January. He had suffered a heart attack in April 1962, He had been employed at Letterkenny for 21 years. Born at Kauffman's Station on December 26, 1904, he was a son of the late John S. and Jennie McElroy McKenzie and was a member of the Reformed Mennonite Church. Survivors include his widow, Edith Ryder McKenzie; a foster daughter, Mrs. Everett Miller, of Bendersville; two brothers, R. M. McKenzie, Chambersburg, and Charles R. McKenzie, Chambersburg R. 2, and a sister, Mrs. Dwight N. Beatty, Greencastle. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the Sellers Funeral Home, Chambersburg, with the Rev. J. Henry Fisher officiating. Burial will be made in the Reformed Mennonite Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. this evening. The family requests that flowers be omitted.
