- KEYSER, W.Va. - Louise C. Wensell, 59, of 300 Hilltop Avenue, died Sunday, Oct. 27, 1991 in Gaithersburg, Md. Born Nov. 13, 1931 in Richwood, she was the daughter of Ruby V. (McKenzie) Cottrill, Keyser, and the late Bartlett Jennings Cottrill. Mrs. Wensell was a property manager with the Casey Development Corporation. Surviving besides her mother are her husband, Richard R. Wensell; one son, Marc B. Wensell, Gaithersburg; two daughters, Sandra L. Sayers, College Park, Md., and Sharon L. Riffitt, Romney; one brother, Bartlett Cottrill, Oldtown, Md.; and two grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Rotruck Funeral Home. Services will be conducted Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel by the Rev. J. Andrew Gullick. Interment will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens.
