- FROSTBURG - Mrs. Hazel A. (Frost) Brode, 57, of Shaft, died yesterday morning at Miners Hospital, Frostburg, where she had been admitted Tuesday. She was a daughter of the late John L. and Ida (Ravenscraft) Crowe. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Hugh Powell and Mrs. John F. Ross, both of Shaft; four sons, Charles Frost, Frostburg; William C. Frost and Oscar B. Frost, both of Detroit; Virgil John Frost, Klondyke; one brother, Gilbert Crowe, Eglon, W.Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Lelia Coleman, Frostburg; Mrs. Lula Wampler, Garrett Co., and 13 grandchildren. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at Mt. Zion Church, Garrett Co., by Rev. Norman E. Haupt, pastor of the Assembly of God Church, Midlothian.
