- Gary Huffman, 37 South Street, and Carl S. Huffman, as parent and guardian of Gary, filed the second suit against Gilbert Isaac Metzner, 1011 Grant Street, Mapleside, as a result of an accident which reportedly occurred September 23, 1973. The, declaration stated that the younger Huffman was operating a motorcycle east on Route 51 within the city limits and moved into the left lane preparatory to making a left turn into Vancouver Street. The suit contends that Mr. Metzner, who was driving his automobile in the same direction, struck the motorcycle and knocked Huffman off the cycle. The declaration contends that the cyclist was wedged under the automobile, was burned by exhaust and sustained a bone fracture and multiple bruises. Cumberland News, February 16, 1976
