FROSTBURG - Mrs. Mildred Lewis, 49, of Camp Springs, Md., formerly of Frostburg, died yesterday in a Washington hospital. Born in Frostburg, she was a daughter of Mrs. Sadie (Lavin) Smith, Frostburg, and the late Eugene Smith. Surviving are her husband, Robert D. Lewis; a son, Robert G. Lewis with the Air Force at Bel Rio, Texas; Mrs. Bobby McElfish, LaVale, and Mrs. John Warn, Akron, Ohio; and three brothers, Cecil Smith, Frostburg; Eugene Smith, Akron; and Dale Smith, Seat Pleasant. The body will be returned to the Hafer Sowers Funeral Home where friends will be received after 7:30 a.m. tomorrow. A requiem mass will be celebrated tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church and burial will be in the parish cemetery. The Cumberland News, December 22, 1967
