April 24, 2010, Cumberland Times-News FROSTBURG — Agnes Cecelia (Klosterman) Festerman, 86, of Grahamtown, died Thursday, April 22, 2010, at the Frostburg Village Nursing Care Center after a lengthy illness. Born Nov. 17, 1923, in Frostburg, Agnes was the daughter of the late John Klosterman and Margaret (Lavin) Klosterman. She was also preceded in death by husband William H. Festerman Jr.; one daughter, Sharon L. Richards and husband Ronald L.; one infant daughter, Jeanie Kay Festerman; one granddaughter, April Ann Richards; four brothers, Marshall, Francis, Leo and Daniel Klosterman; and four sisters, Nellie Plummer, Angela Dundon, Mary Binnix and Virginia Jacobs. Mrs. Festerman was a homemaker. She is survived by two daughters, Linda S. Craze, of Woodbridge, Va., and Mary Ann Schurg and husband Carl, of Midland; four grandchildren, James R. Craze and wife Cheree, of Severna Park, Aimee L. Craze, of Washington, D.C., LeAnn Dennison and husband Eric, of Frostburg, and Ronald Scott Richards and wife Laura, of Frostburg; and two great-grandchildren, Chris and Shawn Richards, of Frostburg. She is also survived by two sisters, Patricia Bond, of Frostburg, and Eloise Beal, of South Carolina; one niece, Tami Grimes and family; two nephews, Tom Bond and family and Billy Joe Bond and family, all of Frostburg; and special friends, Hetta Lohr and family, and Betty Knott. As per her wishes, Agnes’s body was cremated. A memorial service will be conducted at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, on Thursday, April 29, 2010, at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Interment of her ashes and those of her husband’s will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
