  Notes	Albert Fisher, 65, of 237 Welsh Hill, Frostburg, died yesterday at Memoral Hospital where he had been a patient for two months. He had been in ill health for several years. Born in Midlothian, he was the son of the late William C. and Mary Ellen (Plummer) Fisher. He was retired from the maintenance department of Frostburg State College. Survivors are his wife, Ruth (Miller) Fisher; one son, Robert Fisher, Frostburg; one daughter, Mrs. Bernard Chabot, LaVale; one brother, William H. Fisher, Frostburg; five sisters, Mrs. Marie Robinette, Mrs. Louise Miller, Mrs. Elva Robey, Mrs. Bessie Clise and Mrs. Wilbert Williams, all of Frostburg; and six grandchildren. He was a member of the Salem United Church of Christ, Frostburg. The body is at the Hafer Frost Avenue Funeral Home where friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. A service will be conducted there tomorrow at 2 p. m., by Rev. George L. Wehler. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. The Cumberland News, June 6, 1968
