- FROSTBURG — Edward Rephann, 60, of Route 2, died last night in Miners Hospital where he had been admitted several hours earlier. A veteran of World War I, he had been in ill health for a year. Mr Rephann was a native of Eckhart, a son of the late Conrad and Catherine (Lancaster). Rephann. He was a retired coal miner. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Stella (Miller) Rephann; a brother, Lester Rephann, Eckhart, and two sisters, Mrs. Elwood Harden and Mrs. Vivian Cunningham, also of Eckhart. The body will remain at the Durst Funeral Home, where services will be held Friday at 2 p. m. Rev. Wilbur E. Grose, pastor of Eckhart Methodist Church will officiate and interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. The Cumberland Evening Times, October 31, 1951
