  Notes	CUMBERLAND — Geraldine E. Lewis, 87, of Cumberland, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2009, at the Golden Living Center. Born Dec. 5, 1921, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Elizabeth (Wade) Plummer. She was a graduate of Fort Hill High School. Mrs. Lewis had worked at the Celanese Corporation during World War II. For years, she was a welcome hostess for the Queen City Dairy and was a local face in markets for Stroehmann Breads. Mrs. Lewis was also an election poll worker for many years at West Side. She was actively involved in Cub Scouts, Cumberland DeMolay, Cumberland Assembly 6, International Order of Rainbow for Girls, P.T.A., and all family activities. Mrs. Lewis attended LaVale Assembly of God and Central Assembly. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Robert W. Lewis Sr., a resident of Rest Assured Assisted Living; one son, Robert “Randy” W. Lewis Jr. and wife Linda, of Cresaptown; two daughters, Linda C. Reuschlein and husband Victor, of LaVale, and Roxie Ann Wojcik and husband Danny, of Eldersburg. Also surviving are her grandchildren, V. Scott Reuschlein, his wife Karen, and their children, Amber and Justin; K. Todd Reuschlein, his wife Lisa, and their children, Brittany, Nathan and Andrew; C. Brian Reuschlein; Mollie Bradford, her husband Paul, and their children, Lily, Grace and Dana; Elizabeth Lindberg, her husband Toby, and their children, Damien and Samara; Emily George, her husband Mike, and their son, Aiden; and Jeremy and Danielle Wojcik. Friends will be received at the Hafer Funeral Service, P.A., Chapel of the Hills, 1302 National Highway, LaVale, on Monday, Feb. 2, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at 10 a.m. with Pastor Martin Lease officiating. Interment will follow in Maryland State Veterans Cemetery at Rocky Gap, Flintstone. Pallbearers will be Scott, Todd, Brian, Jeremy, Paul, Toby and Mike. Honorary pallbearers will be Damien, Justin, Nathan and Andrew.
