  Notes	Cumberland, Allegany Co., Maryland. Mrs. Daphne V. Hout, 72, of 568 Cromwell Terrace, was dead on arrival Sunday at Sacred Heart Hospital. She had been in ill health. Born in Cumberland Aug. 14, 1914, she was a daughter of the late Charles H. and Elizabeth (Wade) Plummer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Hout, Jr. Mrs. Hout was a member of First Assembly of God Church. Surviving are two sons, Jacob R. Hout, Beans Cove, Pa., and John D. Hout, Valley Road; two daughters, Mrs. Charlene J. Burt, Rawlings, and Mrs. Geraldine E. Suesse, Fort Ashby, W.Va.; four brothers, Alonzo H. Plummer, Bowling Green; Harold O. Plummer and Kenneth W. Plummer, both of Cumberland, and David E. Plummer, Akron, Ohio; three sisters, Mrs. Mary I. Fletterman, Bedford Road; Mrs. Elizabeth Lease, Baltimore, and Mrs. Geraldine Lewis, Cumberland, and five grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Scarpelli Funeral Home Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted there Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. by the Rev. Ervin W. Mason.
