- Nellie E. Isenberg - Of 1605 3rd Ave., died at 6:30 p.m. yesterday in her home, after a brief illness. She was born in Greenwood on June 4, 1888, the daughter of Casper and Martha (Harrison) Orr, and married John F. Isenberg, who preceded her in death. Surviving are two sons, Paul F. and John E. of Altoona; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and a brother and sister, Edward of Juniata and Mrs. Hazel Morrison of Greenwood. Mrs. Isenberg was a member of the First Baptist Church. She will repose at the T. J. Stevens Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 tomorrow. Altoona Mirror, March 24, 1969.
NOTE: Nellie's mother's obit lists her maiden name as Harris. Martha died in 1942; Casper died in 1943.
She is buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania.
