- Orville Roy Clark, 60, of Newport News, Va., died May 23, 1983, in the VA Hospital there. He was born in Wellersburg, and was a son of the late John P. Clark and Martha (Petenbrink) Clark. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Shirley (Coder) Clark; two daughters, Mrs. Anthony Scavone, Hollywood, Fla. and Mrs. George Bailey, Newport News; five sisters, Mrs. Edwin Horchler, Frostburg, Maryland; Mrs. Roy E. Rice, Huntington, Ind.; Mrs. Ida Schadt, Cumberland, Maryland; Mrs. William Swann, Valparaiso, Ind., and Mrs. Roger Plew, Columbia City, Ind.; three brothers, Carl Clark, Pasadena, Md.; Clyde Clark, Byron, Texas, and John Clark, Cumberland. Services and interment will be in Arlington (Va.) National Cemetery. The body will be cremated. The Republic, June 2, 1983
