  Notes	FROSTBURG — Gordon T. Kight Sr., 78, of Frostburg, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at his residence. Born Dec. 17, 1933 in Gilmore, he was the son of the late Lorraine Thomas Kight and Lola E. (Harper) Kight. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Anna Lee (Ruffo) Kight; one great-grandson, Dylan Whitt; and one brother, Robert Kight. Mr. Kight was a retired employee of Arrow Steel Fabrication and a former employee of Frostburg Community Hospital. He was a member of Trinity Assembly of God, Midlothian. Surviving are his three daughters, Valinda Broadwater, Frostburg, Vickie Whitt, Akron, Ohio, Kimberly Folk and her fiancé Jim McMillan, Frostburg; one son, Gordon Kight and wife Caryn Rae, Cumberland; two sisters, Jean Beeman, Frostburg, Arlene Peiffer and husband Herbie, Lakeland, Fla.; one sister-in-law, Dottie Kight, Hagerstown; 11 grandchildren, Tonya Pease, David Whitt, Lisa Whitt, Stanley Broadwater, Donald Whitt, Melissa Cutter, Juanita Netzer, Joey Folk, Niki Folk, Jordan Kight and Eden Kight; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., Cresaptown, on Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home in Cresaptown on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. with Pastor Rob Culler officiating. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to the service. At his request his body will be cremated following the services. Cumberland Times-News, May 29, 2012.
