  Notes	AVILTON- Kathleen P. McKenzie, 82, of 135 McKenzie Road, Lonaconing (Avilton), died Monday, Dec. 21, 1998, at her residence. Born Dec. 19, 1916, in Frostburg, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Rose (Robeson) Dishong. She was a member of Old St. Ann's Catholic Shrine and was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Howard I. McKenzie; a daughter, Gladys Wilhelm and husband, Larry, Lonaconing; two sisters, Betty Showalter and husband, Fred, and Helen Holler, all of Salisbury, Pa.; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Catholic Prayer Service will be conducted on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev.
