  Notes	FROSTBURG, April 1 — John Francis Drees, 66, of Finzel, died this morning in Miners Hospital following a lingering illness. He is survived by his wife, the former Margaret McKenzie; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Ralph Brown, Finzel, and Mrs. Clarence Wiley, Grantsville; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Clark and Mrs. Arthur Bolden, both of Finzel; and three brothers, Albert Drees, and Anthony Drees, both of Finzel, and William Drees, of Blair, Neb. The body is at the Hafer Funeral Home. The Cumberland Sunday Times, April 1, 1950 He was buried on 4 Apr 1950 in St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery, Avilton, Garrett Co., Maryland. FROSTBURG — A requiem mass for John Francis Drees, 66, Finzel, who died Saturday at Miners' Hospital, was celebrated Tuesday in St. Ann's Catholic Church, Avilton. Burial was in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were James Warner, Howard Wagner, Samuel Eisel, Clyde and Charles Baker and Jacob Layton.
