  Notes	CUMBERLAND - Loretta E. (Starkey) McKenzie, 87, of Cumberland, died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born Oct. 21, 1911, in Ridgeley, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late J. Gibson and Bertha (McBee) Starkey. She also was preceded in death by one brother, Randell "Bus" Starkey; and one sister, Marion Fey. Mrs. McKenzie was retired from the Cumberland Blouse Factory. She was a member of the Women of the Moose in Cumberland. Surviving are her husband of 70 years, Francis S. "Beck" McKenzie; two daughters, Annabelle Butler and husband Charles "Bo," LaVale, and Willa Powell, Cumberland; granddaughter, Teri Detrick and husband David, Ridgeley, W.Va.; grandsons, Brad Butler, Charlestown, W.Va., Bret Butler and wife Cindy, Cresaptown, Rusty Butler and wife Beth, Lonaconing, B.K. Powell and wife Sheila, Morgantown, W.Va., Cliff Powell and wife Kim, Springfield, W.Va., and Dane Powell and wife Christina, Cumberland; great-grandsons, Jason Detrick, Fort Ashby, W.Va., Brad Butler Jr., Charlestown, W.Va., and Shawn Powell, Springfield, W.Va.; great-granddaughters, Tracy Ott and husband Sean, Hollie Butler and Aimee Butler, all of Charlestown, W.Va., Tara Detrick and Lara Detrick, both of Ridgeley, W.Va., Sandy Powell, Romney, W.Va., Bridgette Stockett and husband Dana, and Katie Powell, all of Morgantown, W.Va.; great-great-granddaughters, Ashley Detrick, Fort Ashby, W.Va., Kayla Butler, Cresaptown, and Brianna Stockett, Morgantown, W.Va.; and great-great-grandsons, Cameron Butler, Charlestown, W.Va., and Jason Detrick Jr., Fort Ashby, W.Va. Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., Cresaptown, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Harold R. McClay Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Brad Butler, B.K. Powell, Cliff Powell, Bret Butler, Dane Powell and Jason Detrick.
