- Stacy McKenzie, three-week-old daughter of Galen and Helen (McGreevy) McKenzie, Lone Oak Road, Cresaptown, died yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore. Besides her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Kelly Louise and Lynn Marie McKenzie, at home; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard McKenzie, Potomac Park, and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick 0. McGreevy, city. The body is at the Silcox Funeral Residence where friends will be received today from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p. m. A service will be conducted there tomorrow at 10 a. m. by Rev. E. J. Hebert of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Heart Fund.
