- FROSTBURG — Mrs. Helen Dorothy Pape, 46, of Manassas, Va. and formerly of Eckhart, died yesterday in Prince William Hospital, Manassas. A native of Avilton, she was a daughter of Mrs. Leota (McKenzie) Wampler, Manassas, and the late Mesach Hawn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles G. Pape. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Wanda Payne, Newark, Del., and Mrs. Dottie Reed, Centerville, Va.; three brothers, Harold Hawn, Eckhart; Elwood Hawn, Baltimore, and Donald Hawn, Rawlings; one sister, Mrs. Shirley Nolan, Cedar Lake, Ind., and one grandchild. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received from 2 until 4 p.m. today and from 2 until 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow. There will be no visiting hours Sunday. Mass of the resurrection will be celebrated Monday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
