  Notes	Meshach B. Hawn, 75, of Rawlings, died yesterday at Sacred Heart Hospital, where he had been admitted earlier in the day. He had been in failing health the past year. A veteran of World War I, he retired from Kelly-Springfield Tire Company in 1960. A native of Salisbury, Pa., he was a son of the late Milton and Henrietta (Weimer) Hawn. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Helen Pape, Manassas, Va., and Mrs. Shirley Nolan, Cedar Lake, Ind.; three sons, Elwood Hawn, Baltimore; Donald Hawn, Rawlings, with whom he resided, and Harold Hawn, Eckhart; and 13 grandchildren.
