  Notes	FROSTBURG - Mrs. Virginia M Stark, 89, of 148 Maple Street, was dead on arrival Saturday at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She had been visiting her daughter, Mrs. Anna Lee Brown, Myersville, when she became ill. Born in Eckhart, she was a daughter of the late Morris M.T. and Mary Ann (Rephann) Porter, and was preceded in death by her husband, David Stark. Mrs. Stark was a member of the Frostburg United Methodist Church and the Senior Citizens. Besides Mrs. Brown, she is survived by two brothers, Marshall R. Porter and Russell Porter, both of Eckhart; a sister, Mrs. Emma Bloomer, Baltimore; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service will be conducted there tomorrow at 11 a.m. by Rev. Clarence A. Kaylor. Interment will be in Porter Cemetery, Eckhart. Pallbearers will be Robert Porter, James Porter, William Porter, William Bloomer, Clifton Loar and Richard Watson. Mt.
