  Notes	ECKHART — Mrs. Lucy (Carter) Morgan, 80, died yesterday in the Allegany County Infirmary. She was the widow of George F. Morgan and resided in Eckhart until being admitted to the imfirmary. She was the daughter of the late James and Harriet Carter and was born in Eckhart. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy M. Davis, Cumberland; a son, James B. Morgan, Laurel; a sister, Mrs. Fannie Stewart, Eckhart; two brothers, James M. Carter, Eckhart, and J. William Carter, Clarksburg, and three grandchildren. She was a member of the Eckhart Methodist Church and the W.S.C.S. For many years she was an active worker in the Street Light Committee of Eckhart. The body will be at the Hafer Funeral Home today from 7 to 9 and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. Services will be held Friday at 2 p. m. at the funeral home with Rev. Louis Emerick of Trinity Methodist Church, Cumberland, officiating. The Cumberland Evening Times, January 27, 1960
