  Notes	Hi All: We need to remember that there were TWO Jonathans in Knox Co. This Jonathan was one of them in 1820 census. vinton Co formed 1850. One Jonathan was born before 1775 and died before 1830. From the ages of his children, he probably had an earlier marriage than the one to Catherine Hixonbaugh in 1802 in Allegany. Second Jonathan b. 1775-94 is the one who married Sarah Mattingly. According to FindAGrave, he is buried in Curry Cem in Wilkesville Twp, Vinton Co. No photo of gravestone. His widow Sarah shows in the 1850 Wilkesville Twp census taken Setp 14. He does not show in the 1850 Mortality Schedule ending 27 July 1850 so he evidently died between those two dates. In the 1850 Vinton Co census all McKinzies are in Wilkesville Twp and all spelled McKinzie?? Some of us researching in Knox Co have thought that the older Jonathan might be the son of Moses 1720 and BROTHER to Moses RW. If Jonathan d. 1850 were the were son of Moses RW, he surely would have been listed in the WesternRoad case?? Anyone have any ideas, information?
