- CULPEPER, Va. Edward “Jack” Arthur McKenzie, 60, of Culpeper, formerly of Cumberland, died unexpectedly Sunday, July 13, 2008, at his residence. He was born on March 26, 1948, to Edward McKenzie and Rosalie (Cosner) McKenzie in Keyser, W.Va. Jack was a veteran serving in the Navy. He was employed as a systems manager. Surviving are his wife, Barbara Ann Lewis McKenzie; two sons, Timothy Edward McKenzie and his wife Susan Johnson McKenzie and Brent Allan McKenzie and his wife Michelle McCusker McKenzie; one sister, Delores Ann McKenzie Gaylord and husband Frank; and two granddaughters, Sara and Sydney. Friends will be received at the Hater Funeral Service, PA., Chapel of the Hills, 1302 National Highway, LaVale, on Friday, July 18, 2008, from I to 2 p.m. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. with the Rev.
