MRS. CARL LEATHERMAN WESTERNPORT — Mrs. Adelia Leatherman, 52, of 201 McKinley Street, died yesterday shortly after being taken to Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser. Born in Westernport, she was a daughter of Mrs. Dorothy (Wright) McKenzie Bosley, here, and the late Taylor McKenzie. She was a member of First Baptist Church and president of its Woman's Missionary Society. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Jessie Fertig, Keyser, and Mrs. Mary Trenum, Stephenson, Va.; two half sisters, Mrs. Byrle Lease, Cresaptown, and Mrs. Marie McClelland, Cumberland. The body is at the Boal Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 until 9 p.m. The Cumberland News, May 26, 1971.
She is buried in the Philos Cemetery, Westernport, Allegany County, Maryland.
