- William J. Miller – Frostburg – William John Miller, 90, of Frostburg, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2011, at the Western Maryland regional Medical Center. Born May 29, 1920, in Zihlman, he was the son of the late Daniel Benjamin Miller and Lillian (Blank) Pollock Miller. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy (McKenzie) Miller, eight brothers; and three sisters. He was a loving father; grandfather and great-grandfather who will be sadly missed by all. Mr. Miller served his country I the Army during WWII as a medic in the Pacific. He was a self-employed stone mason and a member of the Allegany Methodist Church, Frostburg Eagles and the Mount Savage V.F.W. He is survived by his daughter, Constance Blank, and husband, Eugene, Frostburg, and Dottie Hohing and husband, Larry, LaVale; grandchildren, Stefanie Boggs and husband, Steve, Anne Hutzel and husband Shawn, Erin Bishop and husband, Jason, and Ryan Hohing; great-grandchildren, Hannah Hensel, Leah Boggs, Jacob Hutzell and Tatum Bishop; step great-granddaughter, Jaden Bishop; and a sister, Juanita Morgan, Cumberland.
