- Miss Mary Leota McKenzie, Akron, Ohio, and Max Donald Fleegle, Cumberland, were married at St. Peter and Paul's Church this morning at 10:30 o'clock by Rev. Father Simon. Mr. and Mrs. Nutzy Ruffo, Frostburg, were attendants, the latter being a sister of the bride. The bride was attired in peacock blue and carried a bouquet of sweetpeas. The bridesmaid also wore blue. Immediately after the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Fleegle, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Ruffo, went to Frostburg, where they were tendered a wedding dinner at the Ruffo home on Chestnut Street. The young couple will leave Tuesday on their honeymoon to Washington and other eastern cities. Cumberland Evening Times, May 2, 1925
