Hilary A. McKenzie
Westernport, Md. February 3 -Hilary A. McKenzie, 46, a WPA worker, was found dead in bed yesterday afternoon by his wife, Rebecca (Biddle) McKenzie, at his home on Kolberg's Hill. Dr. Raymond W. Reeves stated death was due to a heart condition and he had been dead about two hours. A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hilary McKenzie, he was born near Frostburg and had been a resident of this community for 35 years.
Besides his wife he is survived by six children; Mrs. Frances Humes, Eugene, Donald, Paul and Norma McKenzie all at home, and Frances, member of CCC Camp at Boonsboro, Md.; two brothers; Lawrence McKenzie, Pekin, Md., and Edward McKenzie, Morgantown, W. Va., and three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Bradley, Frankling, Md., Mrs. Annie Dimpler, Morgantown, W.Va. and Mrs. Leota Fleegle, Dearborn, Michigan. Hilary A. McKenzie - Services were held from his home on Sunday afternoon. Interment was in Philos Cemetery, Westernport, Md. Rev. R.J. Harkins, Rector of St. James Episcopal Church, Westernport, officiated.
