Minnick, 30, of Dobbin Drive, NW, Frostburg, died unexpectedly on Monday, Aug. 9, 1999 at his parents' residence. Born April 4, 1969, in Frostburg, he was the son of Robert and Isabel (Caton) Minnick, of Frostburg. Mr. Minnick was a heavy equipment operator at United Energies Coal Co. Surviving in addition to his parents are four children, Sarah Minnick, Kathryn Minnick, Megan Minnick and Nathan Minnick, all of Frostburg; two sisters, Carolyn Williams and husband James, Frostburg, and Teresa Topper and husband Dave, Finzel; a brother, Joe Minnick and wife Chris, Frostburg; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Friday at 10 a.m. with the Rev.
