- FROSTBURG - James Clifton Pfaff, 72, of Frostburg died Monday, September 19, 2005 at Memorial Hospital. Born August 6, 1933 in Frostburg, he was the son of the late Clifton and Martha (Weimer) Pfaff. He was also preceded in death by sisters, Betty Cathcart and Phyllis Filer. He was a member and a Deacon at First English Baptist Church, Frostburg. He was a member of American Legion Farrady Post 24, also served in the United States Navy. He was a 20 year veteran of the Frostburg City Police Dept., He worked 10 years as a security officer at Virginia Power. Mr. Pfaff is survived by his wife Janey (Brodie) Pfaff, one son Keith Pfaff, Frostburg, One daughter, Tina Kesner and husband Jake, Frostburg. Grandsons; Dana and Tyler Kesner. One brother Milton Pfaff, Baltimore , and special nephew Jimmie Pfaff. Mr. Pfaff will be cremated and services will be conducted at the First English Baptist Church, Frostburg on Friday, September 23, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor David W. Sandvick.
