- FROSTBURG — Charles Allan Robison, 70, of Frostburg, died Monday, Dec. 12, 2005, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born Feb. 27, 1935, in Frostburg, he was the son of the late Orval “Penny” Robison and Thelma (Martin) Robison Delsignore. He was also preceded in death by one grandson, Scotty Giles. He was a retired Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. Mr. Robison was a retired security officer with Bayliner Corp, formerly worked with the Frostburg City Police Dept., and was currently a part-time bartender at Farrady Post 24 American Legion, Frostburg. Mr. Robison was an avid outdoorsman, and he loved bowling, drawing, art and reading. He was a member of Farrady Post 24 American Legion, the Moose Lodge 348, and Fraternal Order Eagles 1273, all of Frostburg. He also participated in the Wednesday Night Mixed Bowling League at Sherwood Lanes. Surviving are wife, Wanda Jeffries Robison; one son, KeithWright and wife Vicki, Cumberland; two daughters, Kathy Weber and husband Dave, Frostburg, and Kimberly Wright, New Windsor; two grandchildren, Brian Ritchey and wife Tanya, Frostburg, and Nikki Wigger and husband Travis, Cumberland; three great-grandchildren, Cross Ritchey, Chance Ritchey and Madison Wigger, his stepfather, Frank Delsignore, Cresaptown; one sister, Norma Porter and husband Jim, Eckhart; and one half-sister, Diane Delsignore Whitacre, Kerneysville, WVa.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
