FROSTBURG — William F. “Wee” Cutter, of 66 W. Mechanic St., Frostburg, died Thursday, April 20, 2000, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born on May 10, 1927, in Midlothian, he was the son of the late George P. and Rhoda V. (McKenzie) Cutter. He was also preceded in death by one grandson, Michael F. Cutter and one brother, George P. Cutter Jr. Mr. Cutter was a coal miner. Surviving are his wife, Barbara “Bobbi” (McKenzie) Cutter; one daughter, Vickie Sowers and fiance Gene Harden, Morantown; two sons, William G. Cutter and fiancee Lisa Resh, Frostburg, Michael G. Cutter and fiancee Shirley Durst, Frostburg; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Betty Santos and husband Tony, Borden; and two brothers, Robert Cutter and wife Bessie, Klondike, and Johnny Cutter and wife Cathy, Frostburg. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home, PA., 60 W. Main St., Frostburg, on Friday. Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m., the Rev.
