- Kevin Patrick MCKENZIE was born in Aug 1964. He died on 24 Oct 1964 in Frostburg, Allegany Co., Maryland. FROSTBURG — Kevin Patrick McKenzie, two-month-old son of John J. and Alice J. (Miller) McKenzie, RD 2, was dead on arrival yesterday at Miners Hospital. Surviving, besides his parents, are two brothers, John M. and David A. McKenzie; a sister, Lisa M. McKenzie, all at home; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert McKenzie and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Miller, all of Frostburg. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted in the funeral home tomorrow at 9:30 a. m.
