Notes	Frostburg – Lawrence L. Layton, 54, of Finzel Road, died this morning in Miner’s Hospital where he had been a patient two weeks. Born in Garrett County, he was a son of the late Howard and Mary (McKenzie) Layton. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Clara (McKenzie) Layton; six sons, James Layton, Finzel, Howard, John, Paul, Lawrence and Robert, all at home; six daughters, Misses Emma L., Nancy E., Betty A., Phyllis A., Donna M. and Debra J. Layton, all at home: a brother, Henry Layton, Oldtown; three sisters, Mrs. Daniel Wilson and Mrs. John Minnick, both of Frostburg, and Mrs. Grace Layton, of Texas, and a grandchild.
