Samantha Pearl WARNER (daughter of Washington WARNER and Nancy Jane ENGLE) was born in Jun 1889 in Garrett Co., Maryland. She died on 19 Jun 1955 in Frostburg, Allegany Co., Maryland. FROSTBURG — Mrs. Samantha M. McKenzie, 66, wife of Joseph McKenzie, RD 2, died yesterday at her residence. She had been in ill health nearly two years. A native of Garrett county, Mrs. McKenzie was a daughter of the late Washington and Nancy (Engle) Warner. She held membership in St. Ann's Catholic Church, Avilton, and the Christian Mothers Confraternity. Survivors include two sons, Karl and Donald J. McKenzie, RD 2; a daughter, Mrs. Manson Durr, Rawlings; three sisters, Mrs. Clarence Rosenberger, RD 2; Mrs. Eldridge Crowe, and Mrs. Salome Larue, Frostburg, and a granddaughter. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home. A requiem mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a. m. in St. Ann's Church. Interment will take place in Greenville Cemetery, Pocahontas. Pa.
