FROSTBURG — William H. Lapp, 57, of Clarysville, died Thursday at Miners Hospital. Born in Frostburg, a son of the late John and Elizabeth (Kroll) Lapp, he was employed by the Western Maryland Railway Company. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Genevieve (McKenzie) Lapp; two daughters, Mrs. Robert Spencer, Hanover, Pa., and Miss Eileen Lapp, at home; two brothers, John J. Lapp, Frostburg, and Henry Lapp, Eckhart, and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Rankin, Borden, and Mrs. Ruth Miller, Frostburg. The body is at the home of John J. Lapp, 57 Cemetery Lane, where services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p. m. by Rev. George L. Wehler. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. The Cumberland News, November 21, 1964 He was buried on 22 Nov 1964 in Frostburg Memorial Park, Frostburg, Allegany Co., Maryland.
