- Frostburg – John Raymond Naughton, 39, of 76 West Mechanic Street, died suddenly at his home last night. He was a veteran of World War II and was a member of the American Legion, St. Michael’s Catholic Church, and the Holy Name Society. He was employed by the Hazelwood Construction Company. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Helen (McKenzie) Naughton, and his mother, Mrs. Helen Genevieve Naughton. The body will be at the Durst Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted Monday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Michael’s Church. Interment will be in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Avilton.
