  Notes	Joseph Eugene "Mack" McKenzie, 76, Glen Burnie, formerly of Garrett County, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2004, at his home after a lengthy illness. Born Sept. 11, 1927, in Johnstown, Pa., he was a son of the late Leonard and Edna Smith McKenzie. He was also preceded in death by four brothers, Francis McKenzie, Leroy McKenzie, Harry McKenzie, and Irvina McKenzie; and three sisters, Helen Baker, Edna Madison, and Genevieve Lapp. He was a self-employed carpenter, and after retirement became a part-time maintenance worker for the county. He was a past member of the Lake Shore Democratic Club. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Rosa May Wampler McKenzie; four sons, Joseph McKenzie of West Virginia, Steven Leonard McKenzie, Fredericksburg, Va., Rodney McKenzie, Millersville, and Douglas McKenzie, Westminster; two daughters, Linda Brendle, Fredericksburg, and Karen Hendershot, Millersville; four sisters, Mildred Middleton, Michigan, Anna Mae Brode, Somerset, Pa., Mary McKenzie, Cresaptown, and Alice Albright, Frostburg; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grand-children. A funeral service was held Saturday, Feb. 7, at the Fink Funeral Home, Glen Burnie. Interment was in the Glen Haven Cemetery. Cumberland Times-News.
