- Delores E. STOTT was born on 16 Feb 1937 in Frostburg, Allegany Co., Maryland. She died on 30 Jul 2006 in Frostburg, Allegany Co., Maryland. Delores E. Cessna, 69, of McCulloh Street, Frostburg, died Sunday, July 30, 2006, at her residence. Born Feb. 16, 1937, in Frostburg, she was the daughter of the late Godfrey "Tapper" Stott and Dorothy (McKenzie) Stott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Diane K. (Cessna) Mamich; two brothers, Homer Stott and Larry Stott; and one sister, Martha (Stott) Cobb. Delores was retired from Hills Department Store, Cumberland and formerly worked at Prichards Hardware Store, Frostburg. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and she cherished her family. Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Herbert "Buzz" Cessna; one daughter, Vickie Mazer and husband Barry, Frostburg; two granddaughters, Andrea Mamich and Jordin Mazer; one son-in-law, Thomas Mamich, Cleveland, Ohio. Delores also loved her special nieces and nephews Rick Cobb, Debbie (Cobb) Hook, Wanda (Cobb) Wickensheimer and Michelle Morris (Cobb) Wickensheimer. She was especially close to her sisters-in-law, Mary Heinrich and husband Gus, Oldtown and Sue Holt and husband Allen, Baltimore. A memorial service will be held at the Durst Funeral Home P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg on Thursday, Aug. 3, 2006, at 1:15 p.m. She will be cremated in accordance with her wishes following the service.
