The Sunday Civilian; Cumberland, Allegany Co, Md Sunday, January 27, 1889 - pg 1, col 1 Mr John Wesley Burton, of Frostburg, died Friday afternoon, 58 years, after an illness of about four weeks. His wife and seven children survive. Funeral at the M E Church today (Sunday) afternoon at 3 o'clock.
