PINTO - Marshall Joseph McKenzie, 86, of Pinto, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 1992, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland. Born Jan. 22, 1906 in Avilton, he was the son of the late Thomas L. and Laura (Warne) McKenzie. Mr. McKenzie was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Cresaptown, and retired from the Kelly Springfield Tire Company after 43 years of service. He was also an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Emma (Wertz) McKenzie; two sons, Richard D. McKenzie, Cumberland, and Jack McKenzie, Baltimore; two grandchildren, Gary Matthew McKenzie and Michelle Renee McKenzie, both of Cumberland, and one great-grandaughter. The Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary, La Vale, is in charge of arrangements. Graveside services will be conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park, Cumberland, by Father DeSales Young. Interment will follow.
