- She died on 11 Oct 1945 in Cumberland, Allegany Co., Maryland. Services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Hafer Funeral Home for Mrs. Margaret Elizabeth Lease, 80, wife of William Lease, who died yesterday morning at her home, 32 North Lee street, after a lingering Illness. The Rev. George E. Baughman, pastor of First Methodist church, will officiate, and interment will follow in Hillcrest Burial Park. Among Mrs. Lease's survivors are a sister, Mrs. Fannie Savage, of Cumberland, and six great-grandchildren. The Cumberland Evening Times, October 12, 1945.
