- William G. Dugan – Frostburg – William G. Dugan, 63, of 35 Centennial Street, Frostburg, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 1991 at Memorial Hospital in Cumberland. Born July 30, 1927 in Frostburg, he was the son of the late William and Cecelia (McKenzie) Dugan. Mr. Dugan retired from Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company. He was a member of Frostburg Lodge 348 Loyal Order of Moose, Frostburg Aerie 1273 Fraternal Order of Eagles, and Frostburg Lodge 470 Benevolent and Protective Order of Elk. Surviving are his widow, Nancy (Mears) Dugan; one son, William “Budgie” Dugan; four daughters, Bonnie L. Pressman, Frostburg; Patty J. Moulden, Mount Savage; Peggy J. Stewart, Romney, W.Va.; and Cindy K. Whetstone, Herndon, Va.; one brother, Robert L. Dugan, Frostburg; one sister, Linda A. Barry, Frostburg, and ten grandchildren.
