  Notes	Frostburg - Joseph J. Britt, 73, of 113 Wood Street, died yesterday in the Martinsburg, W. Va. VA Hospital where he had been a patient since July 17. He had been in failing health for four years. Born in Eckhart, he was the son of the late Charles and Mary (McKenzie) Britt. He was a retired carpenter for the Celanese Corporation of America and a veteran of World War I. Surviving are his widow, Sherrie (Durst) Britt; two sons, Ivan 0. Britt, Columbia, S.C., and Otis W. Britt, La Vale; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Propst and Mrs. Doris Flick, both of Cumberland; a sister, Miss Ellen Britt, Media, Pa., and 13 grandchildren. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received today and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Cumberland News, August 7, 1970
