  Notes	Frances (Fannie) MCKENZIE (Jacob Patrick-2, Samuel J.-1) was born in 1884 in Garrett Co., Maryland. She died on 8 May 1964 in Cumberland, Allegany Co., Maryland. FROSTBURG — Mrs. Frances Minnick, 79, widow of Joseph Minnick, died this morning in Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, where she was admitted yesterday. Born in Garrett County, a daughter of the late Jacob and Fannie (Christner) McKenzie, she was the last surviving member of that family. Mrs. Minnick was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. Surviving are three sons, Marion, Allen and Lawrence Minnick, all of Frostburg; five daughters, Mrs. James Hickman, Akron; Mrs. Harry Hotchkiss, Ridgeley; Mrs. Raymond Brode and Mrs. Thomas Scarpelli, both of Eckhart, and Mrs. Raymond Wempe, Cumberland, 21 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. The body will be at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received today after 7 p. m. The Cumberland Evening Times, May 8, 1964.
