Notice the age difference? So, I believe this to be the Samuel who was the son of William Enoch and Elizabeth Albright or Albreit. Sam’s estimated dob fits with him, and he is the only Samuel I have with Elizabeth as a mother. William Enoch died in 1881. Wonder if Elizabeth married Dorsey Ward shortly after? I remember that she had a child by Michael Baker in 1885 but did not marry him until much later, like well into the 1890s and that they did not live together.
Mike, I never figured out this problem. I can't find Mr. Dorsey Ward on any census in the area and have no idea where he came from or how he connects.
