- FROSTBURG - Paul Thomas Garlitz, 82, passed away Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018, at his residence surrounded by family. Born Dec. 18, 1935, to the late Olin F. and Bertha L. (McKenzie) Garlitz. He is preceded in death by his parents and infant son, Bradley. Surviving are wife, Mary (Pressman) Garlitz; daughters, Marsha and husband, Jim Beechie Jr., Barb and husband, Adam Fazenbaker, Janice and husband, Keith Ford, Sandra and husband, Gary Durst; son, Bryan Garlitz; grandsons, Brandon Garlitz, Nathan Fazenbaker and special friend, Madison, Dustin Michael and wife, Shannon, and Lincoln Durst; granddaughter, Savannha Garlitz and great-granddaughter, Payton Michael. Paul was cremated in accordance with his wishes, a private family graveside service will be held later. Durst Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
