- WESTERNPORT — Elbert Wilbur Green, 78, of RD 1, Mill Run, died Thursday at Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, W.Va. Born in Garrett County, he was the son of the late Walter Green and Mahala (Fazenbaker) Green. Mr. Green was a member of the Westernport Senior Citizens. He is survived by his widow, the former Genevieve McKenzie; three sons, Roger U. Green, Elyria, Ohio; Elbert W. Green Jr., Baltimore; Walter (Bo) Green, Eckhart; four daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Trenum, Westernport; Mrs. Catherine Wilson and Mrs. Emily Webb, both of Baltimore; Mrs. Peggy Hutchinson, Lonaconing; 22 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren.
