Florence MCKENZIE (Jeremiah James-2, John M.-1) was born in Jun 1877 in Maryland. She died on 3 May 1923 in Mount Savage, Allegany Co., Maryland. Mrs. Florence Conway, wife of Joseph Conway, died early Wednesday morning at her home on Church Hill, after an illness of three weeks. Mrs. Conway was 40 years of age and was a devout member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Besides her husband she is survived by seven children: Edward, Kathleen, Margaret, Agnes, Regina, Alice and Marie. Frank and Edward McKenzie, Mrs. Mary McKenzie and Mrs. Henry Lutz, Mt. The funeral of Mrs. Florence Conway, wife of Joseph Conway, who died at her home Thursday morning was held Friday morning at 10 o'clock. The funeral was private. Interment as made in St. Patrick's Cemetery. The pallbearers were John Thompson, F. P. Reynolds, Anthony Barrtee, Mike Flannigan, Charles Noonan and James Brailer. Mrs. Conway was a devoted mother and a woman of highly esteemed character who possessed a host of friends. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary ot the Ancient Order of Hiberian and a devout member of St. Patricks church. A high mass ot requiem was offered for the repose of her soul at St. Patricks church this morning. The Cumberland Evening Times, May 7, 1923
