The September 1850 Census lists this family as "John and Jane McKinsey, age23, Ross Co., farmer, Springfield Township, with son, William T., age3 mo."
Regarding John's estate, a Grant and Bond are set on "Oct. 3,1852, for$1,000., with Jane McKenzie, Administra¬
tor." He likely died in 1852 and Jane may have remarried.
