- William Riley Wickard, aged 32 years, oldest son of Constable Samuel Wickard, died Monday afternoon at 4:15 o'clock, death resulting from pneumonia. Mr. Wickard was until recently in the employ of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, in whose service he had an arm accidentally crushed off about five years ago. He is survived by his wife and two children; his father, Mr. Samuel Wickard; one brother, Mr. C. Smith Wickard; sisters, Miss Emma Wickard, Mrs. William Shaffer, and Mrs. Robert Frantz. Funeral took place from the residence of the father of the deceased, 135 Bedford street, at 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Cumberland Alleganian, Thursday, December 18, 1902
